Creates a new KYB (Know Your Business) application for the authenticated user's vault.
This endpoint initializes a new business verification process, generating a unique UUID, a secure password for accessing the KYB form, and creating the associated identification and account records. The generated password is returned in the response and can be used to access the KYB onboarding form via the validate_password endpoint.
