Approves a blockchain payment that is pending dual approval (four eyes policy).
This endpoint is used when a four eyes policy requires multiple users to approve a payment before it can be processed. Each user can only approve once. When the required number of approvals is reached, the payment will be marked as ready to release and processed automatically.
Important: The four eyes principle is designed for environments with multiple users, typically when the API is accessed through a frontend application. If you are using the API directly with an API key, alternative approaches for managing payment approvals may need to be evaluated, as the standard four eyes workflow requires two separate users.
