Rejects a blockchain payment that is pending dual approval (four eyes policy).
This endpoint is used when a four eyes policy requires multiple users to review a payment before it can be processed. A user can reject a payment that is pending approval, which will immediately set the payment status to rejected and prevent further processing. Each user can only review (approve or reject) a payment once.
Important: The four eyes principle is designed for environments with multiple users, typically when the API is accessed through a frontend application. If you are using the API directly with an API key, alternative approaches for managing payment approvals may need to be evaluated, as the standard four eyes workflow requires two separate users.
