Links a pending (unmatched) incoming fiat payment to a specific destination account within the same vault.
When an incoming payment arrives on a pooled bank account without a matching referral code, it is created with status: pending. Use this endpoint to link it to the correct destination account. Once linked, the payment is confirmed, a ledger entry is created, transaction monitoring runs, and webhooks are triggered.
