When an incident is identified, you'll receive an alert with the issue details. If the incident remains active, reminders are sent hourly until the issue is resolved. Once resolved, a final notification confirms the resolution.
Platform Alerts
Subscribe to real-time notifications about platform incidents and maintenance. Alerts are delivered through three channels: Slack, Telegram, and Email.
When an incident is identified, you'll receive an alert with the issue details. If the incident remains active, reminders are sent hourly until the issue is resolved. Once resolved, a final notification confirms the resolution.
Slack
Receive platform alerts directly in your Slack workspace. The Depa Status bot posts incident notifications to a channel of your choice.
Installation
- Visit the installation link provided by your account manager:
https://backoffice.depasify.com/api/v1/slack_alerts/install - Slack will ask you to authorize Depa Platform Alerts and select which channel the bot should post to.
- Click Allow. You'll see a confirmation page once the installation is complete.
That's it. The bot will now post alerts to your selected channel.

Managing the integration
- To change the channel, reinstall the bot using the same installation link.
- To uninstall, remove the Depa Platform Alerts app from your Slack workspace settings.
Telegram
Receive platform alerts via the Depa Platform Alerts Telegram bot. Any team member can subscribe individually.
How to subscribe
- Open Telegram and search for @depa_status_bot.
- Press Start or send
/start. - You'll receive a confirmation: "You have been subscribed to platform alerts."

Email
Receive platform alerts via email. Email subscriptions are managed by the Depa operations team.
How to subscribe
Contact your account manager with the email addresses that should receive platform alerts. The Depa team will add them to the notification list.
What you'll receive
You'll receive an email for each new incident with the following details:
- Severity — Critical, Warning, or Informational
- Title — A short description of the incident
- Details — Full description of the issue and its impact
Email alerts are sent for new incidents only. Hourly reminders and resolution notifications are delivered via Slack and Telegram.

To add or remove email addresses, contact your account manager.
Severity Levels
All alerts include a severity level indicating the impact of the incident:

- Investigating — The Depa team has identified an issue and is investigating.
- Reminder — The incident is still active. Sent every hour as a follow-up.

FAQ
Can I receive alerts on multiple Slack channels?
Yes. Run the installation flow once per channel. Each installation is independent.
Can multiple team members subscribe on Telegram?
Yes. Each person subscribes individually by messaging the bot. There's no limit.
Do I receive duplicate alerts if I'm subscribed to multiple channels?
Yes, each channel operates independently. If you're subscribed to Slack, Telegram, and Email, you'll receive the alert on all three.
How quickly are alerts sent?
Alerts are sent within seconds of being created by the Depa operations team.
Can I reply to alerts?
No. These are one-way notification channels. If you need to communicate about an incident, contact your account manager or use the support ticketing system.
