Initialize an open banking transaction for a specific account and bank account. This endpoint initiates the payment process and returns a URL that must be rendered to the user. The user will use this URL to connect to their desired bank and complete the payment authorization process. After successful authorization, the user will be redirected to the redirect_url specified in the request.
