List four eyes policies

Retrieves a list of all four eyes policies applicable to the authenticated user's vault.
This endpoint provides an overview of all four eyes policies associated with the user's vault and customer. Policies can be scoped at the vault level or customer level, and apply to different entity types such as FiatPayment or BlockchainPayment. The policies determine when payments require dual approval based on configured thresholds.
Important: The four eyes principle is designed for environments with multiple users, typically when the API is accessed through a frontend application. If you are using the API directly with an API key, alternative approaches for managing payment approvals may need to be evaluated, as the standard four eyes workflow requires two separate users.
