Initiates a new blockchain payment from a specific blockchain wallet.
This endpoint allows for the creation of a new crypto transaction.
Users can specify the recipient's blockchain address, the amount to send,
and potentially other parameters like fee management or memo.
The system will validate and enqueue the transaction, and its further developments will be done either
by polling the API or receiving the updates via Webhook.
