Initiates a new internal blockchain payment between accounts within the Depasify system.
This endpoint facilitates the transfer of digital assets from one account to another
without involving external Blockchain Transfers. The transaction will be stateless and will have atomic resolution.
The settlement will be done at ledger level. For further reference check the Settlements endpoint, if the reference to the wallets should be skipped.
