Initiates a new internal fiat payment between bank accounts within the Depasify system.
This endpoint facilitates the transfer of fiat currency from one bank account to another without involving external banking systems. The transaction will be stateless and will have atomic resolution. The settlement will be done at the ledger level. For further reference, check the Settlements endpoint if bank accounts should be skipped.
